1Overview
robotica7 LLC (robotica7 LLC) ("Company", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use robotica.chat ("Service"). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice before changes take effect.
2Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address, display name, password (stored as hashed value only)
- Profile information: Bio, profile picture
- AI partner designs: System prompts and partner configurations
- Chat and conversation data: Your dialogue with AI partners
- Payment information: Transaction history via Stripe (card numbers are never stored on our servers)
- Support communications: Emails and messages you send us
Information Collected Automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, OS version, access timestamps
- Usage data: Pages visited, clicks, feature usage
- Device information: Device identifiers, screen resolution
- Cookies and local storage: Session management and preference storage
Information from Third Parties
- Stripe: Payment status and Stripe Connect account information
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will promptly delete it. Parents who believe their child's data has been collected should contact us at support@robotica.chat.
3How We Use Your Information

- Delivering AI chat functionality (including sending chat content to Anthropic Claude API and Google Gemini API)
- Delivering text-to-speech (TTS) playback (including sending response text to OpenAI TTS API or Google Gemini API)
- Processing payments and distributing creator revenue
- Sending service notifications and updates
- Providing customer support
- Detecting and preventing fraud and abuse
- Analyzing usage trends to improve the Service
- Complying with legal obligations
We do not use your information for purposes incompatible with those listed above.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, limited to what is legally required.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred. We will provide advance notice.
5AI Chat Data
When you use AI chat and text-to-speech features, your data is sent to third-party AI providers:
- Chat response generation: Chat content you submit (including voice input transcripts) is sent to the Anthropic Claude API or Google Gemini API for processing.
- Text-to-speech (TTS): When you play back AI partner responses as audio, the response text is sent to OpenAI TTS API or Google Gemini API (configurable by administrator).
- Image generation (optional features): Image generation prompts are sent to OpenAI API when you use image generation features.

- All three providers comply with data protection practices equivalent to ours. They will not use submitted data for other purposes outside of our instructions.
We recommend not entering sensitive personal, health, financial, or confidential information in chat. Chat history is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
7Data Retention

We may retain data beyond these periods for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
Buyer Data Retention After Creator Account Deletion: Even when a creator deletes their account, buyer-side data — including purchase history, chat history, ratings, and memories — associated with paid AI partners those buyers previously purchased is retained, so that buyers can continue to exercise their own rights (data export, data deletion requests, etc.). This is a measure for buyer protection. The data is deleted when the buyer themself deletes their account or requests data deletion.
8Security
We implement security measures including: HTTPS/TLS encryption; bcrypt password hashing; access controls and least-privilege principles; regular security reviews; and Stripe-secured payment processing. No internet transmission is 100% secure. Report security concerns to support@robotica.chat.

EU/EEA users (GDPR): You also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge complaints with your national data protection authority (DPA).
California users (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

10International Data Transfers
The Service uses servers located outside Japan, including in the United States. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence.
For transfers of EU/EEA personal data to third countries, we implement appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
