1Overview & Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of robotica.chat ("Service"), an AI partner platform operated by robotica7 LLC (robotica7 LLC) ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Eligibility & Age Restrictions
The Service is available to users 13 years of age or older. Users under 13 may not use the Service.
Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you represent that parental consent has been obtained where required.
We use age self-declaration (Honor System) as a good-faith measure consistent with industry-wide AI service practice. Paid features are effectively age-gated at 18+ through Stripe payment requirements.
3Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information. One account per person is permitted. You are responsible for account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Transferring or sharing accounts is prohibited. We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, false information, or extended inactivity (12+ months).
4Service Description
robotica.chat provides: AI partner conversations; AI partner creation and publication tools; a marketplace with search, browse, and fork; REMIX multi-partner dialogue; an interactive Widget system with live external data; and creator monetization via subscriptions and tips. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable advance notice for significant changes.
5AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses the Anthropic Claude API and Google Gemini API. Please be aware:
- AI responses are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or investment matters.
- Always consult a qualified professional (doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, etc.) for decisions affecting your health, legal rights, or finances.
- AI may generate inaccurate or incomplete information ("hallucinations"). Verify important information independently.
- We make no warranties regarding AI-generated content and are not liable for harm from reliance on it.
- The copyright status of AI-generated content is legally uncertain globally. Exercise caution for commercial use.
Misinformation Risk from Creator-Designed Partners
AI partners on this Service are designed and published by individual creators, not by the Company. Because creators may embed their own assumptions, knowledge, and persona settings in the system prompt, partner responses may contain factual errors, incorrect specialist knowledge, or biased viewpoints.
Always verify AI partner responses against primary sources or qualified professionals when using partners related to:
- Medical, health, nutritional, or pharmaceutical advice
- Investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice
- Historical facts, scientific facts, or statistical data
- Political, electoral, or social issues
While we are progressively strengthening creator content review, it is technically infeasible to eliminate all misinformation in advance. Use AI partner responses critically and never as the sole basis for important decisions.
6Creator Terms
Creators are solely responsible for their AI partner designs. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Infringing third-party copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights
- Defamatory or harassing content targeting real individuals, companies, or organizations
- Impersonating real public figures — politicians, celebrities, athletes, executives, historical figures, or religious leaders
- Content inappropriate for minors (sexual, violent, or harmful)
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Content facilitating fraud, phishing, or illegal activity
By publishing, creators grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to operate and promote content within the Service. Creators retain full IP rights.
Under Japan's Payment Services Act, creators are the merchant of record for their paid AI partners. The Company deducts a platform fee and Stripe processing fee, and distributes the remainder to creators.
Creator Monetization Requirements
Creators using paid features must satisfy all of the following:
- Acceptance of Stripe Connect Terms of Service (an independent agreement provided by Stripe, Inc.)
- Completion of identity verification (KYC) — including upload of identification documents (driver's license, passport, national ID card, etc.) and registration of bank account information as required by Stripe
- Residence or place of business in a Stripe Connect-supported country or region (currently approximately 42 countries; the supported list is subject to change)
- Japan-resident creators may have differing revenue share rates depending on their Qualified Invoice Issuer registration status (Japanese invoice system)
If Stripe holds or reverses payouts due to incomplete identity verification or banking information, the Company is not responsible for the distribution of those funds. Creators are responsible for continuously managing their own Stripe Connect account status.
We reserve the right to remove violating content without notice.
Handling of AI Partners and Buyer Data Upon Creator Account Deletion
When a creator deletes their account, AI partners they created are simultaneously set to private (visibility=private) and paid-pricing disabled; the partners are no longer publicly available or purchasable by new users. If there are active subscribers to such partners at the time of creator account deletion, the subscribers automatically receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining period (processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days).
After the creator's account is deleted, buyer-side data — including purchase history, chat history, ratings, and memories — associated with the deleted creator's partners is preserved for buyer protection. This is to ensure that buyers can later access their purchase history, resolve disputes, fulfill tax obligations, or exercise their own data export rights.
The partner's design information (system prompts, etc.) becomes inaccessible to new users, but past buyers' chat history and similar data are retained until the buyer's own action (account deletion, data erasure request, etc.) or the end of any legally required retention period.
7Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card data is not stored on our servers.
Credit Card Statement Descriptor
Charges from this Service appear on your credit card statement as "ROBOTICA7 LLC" (some card issuers may display a shortened form such as "ROBOTICA7"). This corresponds to our registered company name "robotica7 LLC." If a charge appears unfamiliar, please first verify this descriptor and then contact support@robotica.chat.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancellations take effect at period end. No refunds for user-initiated mid-period cancellations.
Creator discontinuation refund: If a creator deletes, unpublishes, or makes their paid AI partner free during an active subscription, a pro-rated refund is automatically issued for remaining days (processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days).
Subscription handling on account deletion: When you delete your account while holding an active platform subscription (Lite / Middle / Max), the subscription is immediately cancelled on Stripe at the time of account deletion. No pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining period (the remaining period is forfeited). If you wish to use the remaining period, schedule the subscription for cancellation only (without deleting your account) and continue using the Service until the period end before deleting your account.
Tips are voluntary and non-refundable once submitted. Prices are in USD; applicable local taxes are the user's responsibility.
8Prohibited Conduct
You may not: violate any laws; infringe IP rights; harass, threaten, or discriminate; spread misinformation or spam; expose minors to inappropriate content; attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineer the Service; engage in automated scraping; distribute malware; facilitate illegal trade; promote human trafficking, terrorism, or violent extremism; interfere with elections; impersonate any person; use the Service to develop competing products; or create, publish, or distribute synthetic media (deepfakes) using a real person's likeness, voice, or video — including the use of our image generation widgets for such purposes.
9Special Caution for Specific Domains
The following domains may directly impact users' lives, health, finances, fundamental rights, or democratic processes. Special care is required when using the Service in these areas.
Health, Medical, and Pharmaceutical Use
- AI partners on this Service are not licensed medical, dental, or pharmaceutical professionals and cannot provide diagnosis, prescription, or treatment decisions.
- Always consult a qualified medical professional before self-diagnosing symptoms, self-medicating, or modifying ongoing treatment.
- Information provided by AI partners is general reference information only and does not constitute medical judgment based on your individual symptoms, conditions, or history.
- In emergencies (acute symptoms, suicidal ideation, mental health crisis, etc.), do not use this Service. Contact emergency services (ambulance, police) or a medical institution directly.
Election, Political, and Democratic Process Use
- Creating or using AI partners for the purpose of influencing votes, endorsing specific candidates, or improperly steering voter decisions during election periods is prohibited.
- AI partners handling political claims or election-related information must not function as promotional vehicles for any specific party or candidate.
- AI responses on political topics may simulate a particular political stance; cross-reference with multiple independent sources.
- If you distribute AI-generated content (text, image, audio) as election-related promotional material, comply with election laws applicable to your country and region.
Financial, Investment, and Tax Use
- AI partners on this Service are not licensed financial instruments dealers, tax accountants, or certified public accountants and cannot provide individualized investment advice, tax representation, or financial advisory services.
- Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions, filing taxes, or executing contracts.
Company's Approach
We prioritize content review for AI partners in these domains. We may unpublish or remove without notice any partner determined to contain serious misinformation, illegal information, or harmful content.
10Intellectual Property
All Service IP (code, design, logos, trademarks) belongs to the Company or its licensors. User-generated content remains the user's property; users grant the Company a license to operate the Service.
Report copyright infringement to legal@robotica.chat with a DMCA notice (identify the work, the infringing URL, and your contact). The copyright status of AI-generated content is legally uncertain; seek legal advice before commercial use.
11Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs personal data and is incorporated into these Terms. We comply with Japan's APPI, GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), COPPA, and other applicable data protection laws.
12Service Availability, Suspension, and Termination
While we strive for stable service operation, we may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service due to maintenance, incidents, or force majeure. This section sets out our operational policy for such events.
Three Categories of Service Suspension

Notification Methods
For scheduled and foreseeable emergency maintenance, we will notify users through one or both of the following:
- Notice on the Service homepage and post-login screen
- Notification email to your registered email address
Subscription Compensation for Extended Suspension
If the Service becomes unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to causes other than force majeure, we will automatically extend active paid subscriptions by a period equal to the suspension duration. The extension is applied automatically by deferring the next renewal date; no user action is required. We may apply the same measure at our discretion for force majeure suspensions.
Information During Outages
During Service outages, we will communicate current status and expected recovery via the notice section on the Service homepage and, where appropriate, notification emails to registered email addresses. For prolonged major outages, we will also provide a post-recovery summary and recurrence prevention measures.
Service Termination
If we terminate the Service for business reasons, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email and on the Service. Active paid subscriptions at the time of termination will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. See the "Service Termination & Account Deletion" section for further details.
13Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for: service interruptions or data loss; AI inaccuracies; user- or creator-generated content; third-party service failures; security incidents beyond our reasonable control; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Each service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for changes to or discontinuation of third-party services.
15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the Osaka District Court as the court of exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
EU/EEA users retain rights under GDPR and may lodge complaints with data protection authorities. California users retain all CCPA rights. Nothing herein limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law.
